A credit Card or cash deposit is required to cover the estimated charges during your stay. In order to give you more convinient service in using our paid facilities without having you must carry cash.

Our check out time is 12.00 noon. However, if this time is inconvenient for you, please contact the Guest Service Agent (front desk signage) and every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule. Charge may apply.

BAGGAGE SERVICE / BELL BOY AND CHECK OUT
Please contact our BellBoys for baggage handling service for departing guest. Please allow 10 minutes prior to your check out time.

Please do not take down your mattress. Extra bed is available if you need more bed in your room. 1 time extra bed rate surcharge for single matress per night and 2 times extra bed rate surcharge for double/king matress is applied if you are caught has take down your matress.

EXTRA BED
Extra bed is available upon request. Maximum one extra bed allowed in one room. Please contact our service center for assistance. Charges apply.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Dewarna Hotel does not accept any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in your room. For your protecttion, each room has a personal safe laptop size in your wardrobe, please note that Dewarna Hotel does not accept responsibility for items secured in these safes.

EXTRA SERVICES

LAUNDRY & PRESSING SERVICE
For Laundry or Pressing Service, please refer to the form in your wardrobe. Operating hours is 07.00 AM to 10.00 PM. For the same day laundry service, your laundry item should be given to housekeeping department before 10.00 AM. For collection of your laundry, please call the housekeeping.

LOST & FOUND
Found items will be kept for 3 months for restorable items and 3 days for non restorable items. Please contact our service center. They will provide you with whatever assistance possible in tracing your lost property.

MASSAGE
Massage service is available in the privacy of your room, please call our service center for reservations. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the Masseuse to arrive. Hourly charges apply.

NEWS PAPER
The News Paper available at Lobby.

PARKING
There are parking facilities with over 300 parking spaces are available in our parking area. We also provide free valet service for our guests. Please contact our concierge for any special requirement.
